GetHostOnline will make sure to assist their clients as much as possible with the hosting service they rent.
Regarding the technical complicity and difference from the internet, GetHostOnline will not be held responsible for interruptions or delays and the eventual impossibility for the user of an account, to gain access to the hosting service(s) due to saturation of the different networks or due to any other problem that might occur, where GetHostOnline or the user can be confronted with.
The client can never hold GetHostOnline responsible for an interruption of the service for planned maintenance, emergency maintenance of the network and supremacy or an outage due to negligence of a third-party client, ddos attack and/or hack attempts.
Your use of the Services for what a reasonable person might consider to be the provision of a publicly available website;
We monitor use of the services and, if we consider that, for example, your use of the Services (for example, your mailboxes, disc space usage or CPU) is excessive, we reserve the right to: contact you requiring you to reduce that usage; and/or in respect of mailboxes, empty your spam/junk/deleted items folder, provided we inform you by email seven days in advance.
You acknowledge that the services may not be used for the purpose of providing or participating in a content delivery network.
You acknowledge that the Services may not be used for the purpose of peer-to-peer file or media sharing, streaming, BitTorrent, Tor or other similar forms of data transmission.
We reserve the right to suspend our provision of the services to you if your use of the services is having a detrimental impact on our other customers. This might happen if, for example, your website (in respect of which you use the Services): has been hacked (such as through bugs in commonly-used software including WordPress); contains malware; is attacked (including by a denial of service attack); and/or is badly coded.
We reserve the right, and have absolute discretion, but not an obligation, to remove, screen or edit any content (including Material) that breaches this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. Without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement, we reserve the right to immediately remove any Material to which we object and/or if you are otherwise making inappropriate use of the Services contrary to the requirements of this Agreement.
You agree NOT to run/host the following content on our services:
Phishing Sites,
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts,
Mail Bombers, Spam Scripts,
Botnet Controllers, Malicious Bots,
Scam, Fraudulent Sites,
IP Spoofing, Making DDOS or DoS attacks, any website related to Hacking,
Virus, Trojan, Malware,
Child Porn

You acknowledge that the services may not be used for the purpose of data warehousing such as (but not limited to) storage of backup or archival data, mirror sites, or personal multimedia content such as movies, music, photos or other media.Your use of the Services for what a reasonable person might consider to be the provision of a publicly available website;
